Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Please review these policies carefully as they are the Terms of Sale that govern your purchases at Ballet Bags & More (www.balletbagsnmore.com). They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order at the Ballet Bags & More Website constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipments

We ship our products within 5 business days after your order has been placed and paid for. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout and depend on weight and destination. We ship with regular mail, from Livermore California unless requested differently.

International shipments

International orders: Customers are responsible for Customs and Import Taxes that may apply to their destination. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination. We strongly recommend that you contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid Customs duties shall be charged an additional shipping fee. Ballet Bags & More is not responsible for any delays due to customs authorities.

TIP Ballet Bags & More realizes international shipping charges are high nowadays, especially with the new Customs and Import taxes, which is out of our control, so please try to combine orders with your Ballet Colleagues or Ballet School to split the shipping costs to save on shipping and be kind to the environment as well!

Returning Orders after Delivery

If your product is shipped to the wrong address per an error in your shipping address you will be responsible for payment to ship the order again to the correct shipping address. We encourage our customers to only use shipping addresses that they know to be secure and not prone to misplacement or theft. Ballet Bags & More is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

In general, all sales are final. Orders, once placed cannot be canceled. We do not accept Returns or Exchanges but please let us know if there is any problem with your order and we will look into it.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be provided.

Accuracy of Information on the website: We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our Products, including the applicable colors and designs. However, the actual color you see may depend on your computer system and/or display, and we cannot guarantee that your computer and/or display accurately represents such colors. Since all our products are individually hand made (except for the charcoal bags) or hand crafted, they are unique creations and not factory manufactured. As a result the individual products will have subtle variations compared to the displayed products on our website. All measurements posted on our website are approximate. The images, descriptions and measurements on our website have been used to best portray our products. The information cannot be 100% accurate due to the nature of the materials we use. We try to use recycled and vintage materials and they may show some minor flaws. Of course we try to avoid this as much as possible.

Custom Orders:

Ballet Bags & More accepts custom orders so if you do have special requests, as far as colors and designs, please feel free to contact us and we will try to accommodate your requests.
