All of our products are handmade with natural, vintage and/or recycled fabrics. Due to the nature of these high quality but delicate materials we strongly suggest you spot clean over washing these products to lenghten their lifetime.

VERY IMPORTANT!

Remove the Charcoal Bag from the shoe bag before cleaning/washing the bag at all times!

When there is a need to wash the product please keep the following in mind

• wash separately and gently by hand in cold or lukewarm water with a light, gentle soap.

• never let the fabric sit in water for very long and remove immediately after washing.

• gently press the water out and lie on a towel, flattening and pressing to get the excess water out.

• air dry and make sure to smoothen the surfaces.

• ironing of the vintage Kimono fabrics should be avoided unless absolutely necessary (i.e. if severely creased).

• lay it face down and iron on the back of the bag (linen part).

The children's shoe bag can be machine washed with like colors in a lingerie bag (because of the beads) , on cold or low heat. It is best to air dry. The children’s show bag can be ironed on the cotton setting.

Silk products

The fabrics used for our silk products is often vintage. Due to the nature of these high quality but delicate fabrics we strongly suggest you spot clean the silk products.

When necessary to wash the products keep the following in mind:

• please hand-wash, separately, in cold water with a light, gentle soap.

• iron on the silk setting: test iron in a not clearly visible area and if the fabric becomes shiny or feels hot to the touch, turn the iron down to a lower setting!

• it is best to place a press cloth (like a dish towel) over the product and lightly press the iron.

We ship your order as soon as possible, but for sure within 5 business days after your order has been confirmed.

Exception: custom made orders and during Holidays.

Yes we do but currently we only ship within the USA, Canada and Europe. There will be some special rules for International Shipping. You will be responsible for custom duties that might apply and possible added taxes in your home country. Please check with your local authorities.

In general all sales are final! Orders, once placed, cannot be canceled. We do not accept returns or exchanges, but please let us know if there is any problem with your order and we will look into it. Refunds will not be provided.

You can choose to pay through Paypal or Stripe.

Paypal can be setup for credit card charge or bank account withdrawal, while Stripe accepts most major credit cards (Master, Visa, American Express and Discover).

Ballet Bags ‘n More will not charge any transaction fee to you as a customer. These payment processors will charge a small fee (% of the total charge) to you when you use a non-US card and currency. Please consult with these payment processors for exact fees.

We use standard mail by Sendle for all domestic orders and standard US Postal Service for International Shipments.

The Shipping Charges will be calculated and displayed during check out and depend on the weight and destination.

TIP: International charges can add up nowadays so we recommend you try to combine orders with friends or colleagues so that you can share the Shipping Charges and be more conscious of the environment as well!

Yes at BalletBags&More we are very conscious about the impact on the environments and therefore we use recycled, vintage and/or natural materials, packaging and environmentally conscious Shipping Methods as much as possible.

Apart from our one-of-a-kind designs, we use a reusable, rechargeable, fragrance-free and chemical-free, porous Bamboo Charcoal Pouch which is attached with Velcro, on the inside of the bags and traps and destroys doors and pollutants to keep your Pointe Shoes fresh and odor free.

Originally designed to store ribbons and sewing supplies for your Pointe Shoes or keeping your accessories together in your ballet bag, but of course the Zipper Pouch can be used for your make-up, lipgloss if you like. It would be great as well for keeping your pens and pencils, or even your keys organised and safe in your bag when rehearsing or in class.
